If you’re having trouble adding multiple items, there may be a pharmacy order that does not allow for you to order multiple medications at one time. Please reach out to our support team at support@contour-wellness.com for further assistance

Can my order be autoshipped as a subscription?

Contour Wellness does not currently provide an auto-ship or subscription program. For patient confidentiality and medical compliance, customers must repeat the medical information intake forms and receive a medical clearance for every order placed so that our medical licensed team have the most current information provided.

Can i create an account with all my order history?

For medical compliance and patient privacy, standing accounts are not provided as a service in our wellness portal. Individual updated information and medical history must be renewed every time orders are placed with the medical team. There is no permanent log in account for clients.

What if im allergic?

If you’re allergic to a medication, you should immediately stop taking it and contact your doctor, but if you have severe symptoms like trouble breathing or swelling, call 911 or go to the ER, as it could be anaphylaxis. A complete medical history is taken prior to your virtual medical clearance with the provider.

Will my hair fall out with the GLP-1, tirzeptide, or semaglutide shot?

Yes, hair loss (telogen effluvium) is a common, temporary side effect with GLP-1s usually caused by the body’s stress response to rapid weight loss, not the drug itself, stemming from nutritional shifts and calorie reduction. Adequate protein, vitamins, and minerals, along with gradual weight loss, are key to minimizing it

Why do I need a live medical clearance?

Which GLP should I choose?

There is a choice of compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzeptide. A client may click the medication that they are currently onto re-order or they may click the medication that they would like to purchase and get more information on. At the end of the purchase and final completion of the intake form, the licensed medical provider will prescribe which medication is best for the client. Customer service is always available should there need to be a slight adjustment with the customers purchase after the medical clearance is complete. New clients who have never been on a GLP-1 or who have not taken a GLP-1 in some time should click the “1st Time GLP Client” order button. Clients who are currently on a GLP-1 medication should click the “Already on a GLP-1 Medication? Order here” button.

How much or do you sell tirzepitide?

Orders can start from $320 to $550 depending on dose. Clients can choose as a First Time GLP-1 Tirzeptide Client for $320 for a 5-week vial or 3 month vial for $985. Clients currently on a GLP-1 Tirzepitide may re-order in the Phase 1, 2, or 3 category.

How much or do you sell semaglutide?

Orders for Semaglutide can start from $215 to $325 per vial of a 5-week supply. There are no Phase Categories for Semaglutide. First time clients that are not currently on a GLP-1 medication may order as a new client under “1st time GLP-1 Client Click Here” to purchase a vial for 5 weeks for $215 or a 3 month vial for $689. Clients currently on a GLP-1 that need to re-order may simply CLICK TO REORDER. Any reorder dose of Semaglutide is priced at $325 for a 5-week vial or $700 for a 3 month vial. The licensed medical practitioner will prescribe the dosage that’s best for the client depending on their current medical history and medications.

Does it hurt to do the shot?

For most people, injecting causes only mild discomfort, often described as a brief pinch or slight pressure. It is generally not considered a severely painful injection, though individual pain perception varies

How do I know which phase to order?

Each Tirzeptide Phase has a description of the type of category you fit in for purchase. Phase 1 is the order category for Tirzeptide clients that may be currently taking a dose ranging in 2-8 mg. Phase 2 is the order category for Tirzeptide clients that may be currently taking a dose ranging in 9mg-13mg. Phase 3 is the order category for Tirzeptide clients that may be currently taking a dose ranging in 14mg-17mg. There are no Phase Categories for Semaglutide. Semaglutide purchases have two categories: New Client (Never Been on a GLP-1) OR a Re-Order client who is currently on Semaglutide. The licensed medical provider will prescribe what is best for the clients medical needs after a complete live real-time medical clearance is provided.

What is a phase?

Our Phase guide in the Tirzepitide Section is designed to help categorize and assistance you with your purchase. You will start treatment by gradually increasing the dose of compounded Tirzepatide over a 3 to 4-month period, based on the prescribed dosage plan and your provider’s guidance. You will stay on each dose for at least one month. The syringes included in your prescription are labeled in UNITS, with each syringe containing 100 units. Once you reach your maximum dose, you will continue at that dose unless directed otherwise by your provider.
Compounded Tirzepatide is injected just under the skin (subcutaneously) in your stomach (abdomen), thigh, or upper arm. Do not inject into a muscle (intramuscularly) or vein (intravenously). Inject compounded Tirzepatide once a week, on the same day each week, at any time of the day, with or without food.
If you need to change the day you inject, you can, as long as your last dose was given at least 2 days earlier.
Do not use the same injection site each time. Rotate your injection site with each weekly dose. You may use the same area of your body, but make sure the new site is at least one inch away from the previous injection.
Compounded Tirzepatide can be taken with or without food.
If you accidentally inject too much, you may experience severe nausea, vomiting, and low blood sugar. Seek immediate medical attention at the nearest emergency room if you have these symptoms. After being evaluated, contact your provider.
Once you begin using a vial (after the lid is punctured), the medication expires in 28 days. You may have some leftover medication after 28 days. Please dispose of any excess in your trash and start a new vial. Your subscription provides enough vials to ensure you start a new one each month, around every 4 injections, so your medication stays consistent and reliable.

What should I do if I miss a dose?

If you miss a dose of compounded Tirzepatide and your next scheduled dose is more than 2 days (48 hours) away, take the missed dose as soon as possible.
If your next scheduled dose is less than 2 days (48 hours) away, skip the missed dose and take your next dose on the regular day.
If you miss a dose for more than 2 weeks, contact your care team to discuss how to resume your treatment.

Can I take compounded Tirzepatide with other medications?
